We are waiting for Ellislab corrects some bugs concerning the Forum Module, if the theme structure does not change significantly,  no fee will be requested to use eeBootstrap theme with the new version of EE (3.x).

 
 
 
   
 
 
Can you provide information so we can more easily customize it? Actual steps to upgrade eebootstrap from EE2 to EE3
